Economics of Labor Market

You will work through models of supply, demand, human capital, and discrimination alongside policy questions like the EITC, minimum wage, and returns to schooling, and the assessment reflects that dual focus: quizzes and an open-book midterm on the theory, plus a paper replication, a research essay, and a presentation where you read frontier work the way a researcher does.
