Durkheim-Marx-Weber'den Ehrlich ve Foucault'ya uzanan kuramsal çerçeveyi okuduktan sonra mahkeme kararlarını ve Lessig'in "code is law" tartışması üzerinden yapay zekâ çağının düzenleyici yapılarını sosyo-hukuki perspektiften analiz ediyorsunuz.
