Comparative European and Turkish Data Protection Law (in Turkish)

Veri ekonomisinin merkezde olduğu bir dünyada bireyin mahremiyet hakkının nasıl korunduğunu, AB'nin GDPR'ı ile Türkiye'nin 6698 sayılı KVKK'sını yan yana koyarak inceleyen bir derstir; amaç sadece mevzuat ezberlemek değil, iki rejim arasındaki kavramsal ve pratik farkları görebilen bir hukukçu bakışı kazandırmaktır. Dönem boyunca beş quiz, bir ödev ve final yanında öğrenciler güncel bir veri koruma meselesi üzerine sunum hazırlar; Schrems davalarından unutulma hakkına kadar Avrupa içtihadı vaka temelli tartışılır. Anayasa ve borçlar hukuku temelinin üzerine oturan ders, teknoloji hukuku, siber güvenlik ve uyum (compliance) alanlarında çalışmak isteyenler için pratik bir zemin sağlar.
