French III

LNG 123 picks up where French II left off, pushing you from beginner survival phrases into genuine A2-level communication where you can actually talk about work, current events, health, and daily life without constantly reaching for a dictionary. You'll work through the Tendances A2 method across units on jobs, news, wellness, going out, rights, and travel, with grading spread across a midterm, final, six projects (cover letter, health advice exchange, complaints), and regular homework plus an oral presentation. It's the third step of Bilkent's foreign language sequence, so the payoff is leaving with a CEFR A2.2 foundation solid enough to keep building toward B1 on your own or in later electives.
