Graduate-level course on how variation in the human genome translates into disease, Mendelian disorders, chromosomal aberrations, cancer genetics, and the multifactorial traits that sit in between. You'll work through Thompson & Thompson alongside two midterms, a final, homework sets, a presentation, and a project, so expect to read primary literature and reason through pedigrees and diagnostic scenarios rather than just memorize syndromes.
