Financial Reporting

This course focuses on financial reporting tools to help executives become informed and strategic users of the financial and accounting data supplied to them. Building on available mathematical modeling and analysis tools (typically spreadsheet based) participants learn how to examine accounting records and reports and the basic principles underlying the accounting cycle and preparation of financial statements, with a general focus on how accounting can be used as an aid to strategical managerial decision making.
