Foundations of Organizational Management II

The second half of the EMBA management sequence shifts from individual psychology to the broader systems that shape behavior at work: how leaders communicate and learn, how cultures form, and how structural design choices either enable or constrain everything else. You read articles and Harvard-style cases, debate them in class, and produce a term project plus a final essay that pushes you to map theory onto situations from your own job. Since EMBA students are practicing managers, the real point is forcing you to interrogate what you already do on Monday mornings against what the literature says actually works.
