This is a graduate course on the leadership side of language teaching: how you select, train, evaluate, and develop EFL teachers so that what happens in classrooms actually moves student outcomes. You'll read across supervision theory and educational-leadership frameworks (structural, human-resources, political, symbolic), debate them in weekly participation, work through two case analyses where you play the supervisor, and submit a take-home final synthesizing it all. It's aimed at people heading into program coordination, DOS, or teacher-trainer roles, where the job stops being "teach well yourself" and starts being "build a system where others teach well."
