Acting IV

Acting IV is where the studio work of the previous three semesters meets the realities of putting on an actual show: you spend the term inside two one-act productions, working under a director from the first table read through staging, tech, and public performance. Most of your hours go to rehearsal rather than lectures, supported by a kept journal and a self-evaluation that force you to track your own process, and the final exam asks you to deliver one realistic and one classical scene. It is the bridge between classroom scene study and the full-length productions and graduation projects that follow, the point where collaboration, text analysis, and stamina stop being separate skills and start being one job.
