An EMBA-level grounding in how people actually behave inside organizations: why individuals differ, how groups form dynamics that shape output, and what actually moves motivation beyond pay. You'll work through cases, homeworks, a project, and a presentation that push you to hold your own managerial experience up against the theory rather than absorb it abstractly. As the first half of the foundations sequence, it sets the vocabulary and frameworks the rest of the EMBA leans on whenever strategy, operations, or change inevitably reduce to a question about people.
