Foundations of Marketing Management I

EMBA 554 is the executive MBA's first pass at marketing as a discipline — less about campaigns and more about the underlying logic of how firms understand consumers, build brands, and move product through a sales force. Expect lectures paired with a project, a presentation, and a written report, since the workload assumes you're applying frameworks to a real business context rather than memorizing them. It pairs with the Part II course that follows, where the theoretical scaffolding built here gets pushed into implementation questions — pricing, channels, and go-to-market execution.
