Systems Design - Synthesis

This course is the second part of the two-semester-long senior year graduation project. Completion of the validation step to show the credibility of the proposed solution strategy. Measure the benefits realized from the proposed approach when compared to the current system by benchmarking. Prepare a detailed implementation plan with the company on how to integrate the proposed strategy within their current operations and execute the plan. Throughout the semester, teams plan their activities by determining and updating work packages and time schedules. Teams demonstrate their communication capabilities with reports and presentations.
