The capstone of the landscape architecture track, this course bridges studio work and real practice by walking you through how a project actually gets delivered: site analysis, preliminary design, hard and soft landscape construction drawings, setting-out, details, and a quantity survey with cost estimate. You'll carry one site through every stage on a roughly weekly submission cadence, sit for critiques and a preliminary jury, and produce a fieldwork report alongside the full technical package. Expect guest lecturers from industry to cover the ethical, legal, and contractual side — tendering, client and contractor relations, supervision — so by graduation you understand not just how to design a landscape but how to get it built.
