Visual Communication Project II

COMD 482 is the capstone studio where you take a single interactive multimedia project from concept through production, post-production, and a public pitch in front of faculty, alumni, and industry professionals. Most of the semester is spent in iterative development cycles, milestone progress reports, an in-house pre-jury, a midterm pitch, and finally the jury defense, alongside written reports and a self-reflective essay that doubles as portfolio material. Coming after Visual Communication Project I, this is where the department expects you to own a project end-to-end, so the deliverable is less about learning new tools and more about proving you can ship and defend work at a professional level.
