English and Composition II

ENG 102 picks up where ENG 101 left off and turns you from a competent academic writer into someone who can actually run a small research project end-to-end — finding sources on your own, weighing them critically, and building an argument that holds up. The semester is organized around one extended research paper: you'll do library tasks, an academic essay, an outline, a proposal presentation, and a final draft, with text analyses and writing workshops scaffolding each step.
