Innovative Design and Entrepreneurship II

GE 402 is the second half of Bilkent's year-long startup simulation, where the prototype and business plan you developed in GE 401 actually has to face a market, your team pitches the company at a Traders' Conference, lists it on a virtual stock exchange, and then defends its valuation as real peers trade the shares. Most of the workload is hands-on: finalizing a working prototype, producing the marketing and investor-relations materials around it, walking through quality certification, and writing the reports and presentations that go with each milestone. Practitioner seminars on venture capital, IPOs, competition law, and the day-to-day traps of running a small company fill in the context that the labs alone can't give you. It's the course where the engineering, finance, and management threads from earlier years stop being separate subjects and have to work as one product.
