GRA 423 is the bridge between studio life and actually getting paid to design, it treats your career itself as a design problem, asking how you position your work, price your time, and communicate value to clients who don't think like critique panel jurors. You'll spend the semester building the real artifacts of a working designer: a polished portfolio with proper case studies, a CV and LinkedIn presence, a one-page funnel, value letters, and mock offer interviews, with AI tooling folded into the refinement process. Coming in your final spring, it consolidates four years of studio output into something employable and covers the unglamorous-but-essential ground, contracts, copyright, ethics, the Turkish design market, that no earlier course teaches you.
