Interior Design Studio IV

Third-year spring studio where you take on a real social/public interior — think a library, café, or community space — and carry it from site analysis through a fully detailed, buildable design. Most of your semester is spent in studio working a single project across pre-juries, a midterm, and a final, with the emphasis shifting from concept and spatial logic toward inclusive detailing, construction systems, and production-ready documentation. It's the bridge between the more conceptual earlier studios and IAED 401, so the expectation is that your drawings actually hold up as something a contractor could read.
