The whole semester runs on one team project delivered in ten incremental steps, where each week's topic — opportunity scan, business model, sustainability angle, digital layer, cross-cultural and legal risk, funding plan — becomes the next deliverable that locks into your pitch. As a capstone-style elective in the THM track, it's where the operations, marketing, and finance courses you've already taken get stitched together into something you could actually pitch to a partner or investor.
