Once a company crosses a border, the rules of the game change, different legal regimes, currencies, cultures, and political risks all start shaping decisions that would be routine at home, and this course gives you a framework for thinking through them rather than a checklist of facts. You'll work through cases and discussions on questions like how a firm should enter a new market, whether to centralize or localize operations, and how exchange rates and trade policy reshape strategy, supported by a midterm, final, quiz, and participation. Sitting in the senior year after your strategy, finance, and marketing core, it pulls those threads together into the international layer that almost any management or consulting role eventually demands.
