You'll work through ESG frameworks, carbon and impact reporting, and triple-bottom-line thinking via assigned articles, case discussions (including a BIST-listed Turkish company), a reflection paper, and a term project that you present at the end. It's an elective that ties together strategy, finance, and supply chain perspectives from earlier Management courses, and it's increasingly relevant as the European Green Deal and stakeholder-capitalism pressures reshape how companies are evaluated.
