You'll spend most of the term working through Harvard cases (Beauregard Textile, Radiohead, Sony vs. Xbox) alongside two exams and a project, translating elasticity, cost structures, and game theory into concrete recommendations. It sits at the bridge between the intro econ sequence and strategy-oriented electives, giving the formal backbone for thinking about competition and pricing that later management courses tend to assume you already have.
