Senior-year capstone where you stop thinking like a functional specialist (marketing, finance, ops) and start thinking like the CEO who has to integrate all of it into a coherent direction for the firm. The work is almost entirely case-based: you read Harvard-style cases on real companies, diagnose their resource base and competitive environment, and argue for business-level and corporate-level moves, capped by a team project and presentation. It ties together everything from your earlier MAN courses into one frame — how firms actually build and defend sustainable advantage — which is why it sits in the final spring before you graduate.
