Business Strategy

Senior-year capstone where you stop thinking like a functional specialist (marketing, finance, ops) and start thinking like the CEO who has to integrate all of it into a coherent direction for the firm. The work is almost entirely case-based: you read Harvard-style cases on real companies, diagnose their resource base and competitive environment, and argue for business-level and corporate-level moves, capped by a team project and presentation. It ties together everything from your earlier MAN courses into one frame, how firms actually build and defend sustainable advantage, which is why it sits in the final spring before you graduate.
