I/O psychology applies what you've learned about human behavior, cognition, and measurement to the place most of you will spend the next forty years: the workplace. The course centers on how organizations actually decide who to hire, how to evaluate performance, and how to structure work, treating "the human factor" as something you study empirically rather than guess at. Expect a quiz and a hands-on project (typically a job analysis) where you operationalize a role the way a real consultant would. It's a natural bridge between the experimental and social psych you've taken and the applied work in HR, consulting, or organizational research that builds on it.
