A graduate-level course on how curricula get designed, justified, and judged, treating the curriculum itself as an object of theory rather than a fixed syllabus to deliver. You'll work through competing curriculum ideologies and development models, situate them against actual practice in Türkiye, and produce your own curriculum as a term project alongside steady coursework and a written midterm. It sits at the methodological core of the CI program: the lens you'll carry into instructional design, program evaluation, and any later thesis work that touches what schools choose to teach and why.
