Managerial economics taught through the lens of decisions you'll actually make running a firm: how to read demand, set prices, judge when scaling up pays off, and react when macro shocks like a currency move rewrite your cost structure. Most of the work happens through HBS-style cases (Apple Watch, Radiohead, Gillette, Brexit-era pricing) plus an Econland macro simulation, with two written exams anchoring the theory side.
