The capstone where everything from your earlier functional courses (marketing, finance, operations, organizational behavior) finally has to talk to each other, viewed from the seat of someone deciding where a whole firm should go and why. You'll spend most of the term dissecting real company cases through frameworks like industry analysis, resource-based view, and corporate-level moves such as M&A and diversification, then defend your own diagnosis and recommendations in writing and class discussion alongside a term project. It matters because it's the bridge between "I know functional tools" and "I can reason about a firm as a whole system competing in a messy environment" — the lens you'll actually use after graduation.
