Business Practice Project

MBA 592 is the capstone where everything you've learned in the program gets stress-tested against a real client: a company, NGO, or government branch hands your team of three or four an actual problem, and you deliver either a consulting analysis or a business plan on their terms. Expect to spend the semester drafting a proposal, doing field work, filing weekly progress reports, and presenting twice to the organization itself, once at the midpoint, once at the end. It's less about learning new material than proving you can integrate finance, strategy, operations, and analytics into one coherent deliverable under a non-academic deadline.
