Business Practice Project

MBA 592 is the capstone where everything you've learned in the program gets stress-tested against a real client: a company, NGO, or government branch hands your team of three or four an actual problem, and you deliver either a consulting analysis or a business plan on their terms. Expect to spend the semester drafting a proposal, doing field work, filing weekly progress reports, and presenting twice to the organization itself — once at the midpoint, once at the end. It's less about learning new material than proving you can integrate finance, strategy, operations, and analytics into one coherent deliverable under a non-academic deadline.
