Rooms Division is where you learn how a hotel actually runs from the guest's first click on a reservation to the moment they settle the bill, treating the front office and housekeeping as one operational system rather than two separate desks. You'll work through the full guest cycle, reservations, registration, folio posting, check-out, alongside the pricing, forecasting, and budgeting decisions that determine whether those rooms are profitable, mostly via case discussion and written exams rather than labs. It's a core operations course in the THM track that gives you the vocabulary and logic you'll need before tackling later management, revenue, and strategy electives.
