Rooms Division Management

Rooms Division is where you learn how a hotel actually runs from the guest's first click on a reservation to the moment they settle the bill, treating the front office and housekeeping as one operational system rather than two separate desks. You'll work through the full guest cycle — reservations, registration, folio posting, check-out — alongside the pricing, forecasting, and budgeting decisions that determine whether those rooms are profitable, mostly via case discussion and written exams rather than labs. It's a core operations course in the THM track that gives you the vocabulary and logic you'll need before tackling later management, revenue, and strategy electives.
