Where the lecture courses give you the equations of thermodynamics, kinetics, and electrochemistry, this is where you actually measure them — pinning down a critical point, watching an adiabatic gas oscillate, or extracting rate laws from an iodine clock. Each week is a self-contained experiment followed by a written report, punctuated by quizzes that check whether you came prepared and two lab exams that test whether you can actually run the setup. It's the practical counterpart to the physical chemistry sequence, and the place where measurement uncertainty, instrument quirks, and data analysis stop being abstract and start determining your grade.
